軸承高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)候油脂會(huì)被甩出去,什么原因呢?
有些客戶會(huì)問,為什么軸承里面的油脂在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)候油脂被甩出去了呢?擔(dān)心油脂甩沒了,軸承就無法轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)了,壽命會(huì)不會(huì)大大降低?
其實(shí)在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)候一些多余的油脂會(huì)直接被甩出去,這個(gè)甩出去的油脂對(duì)軸承沒有保護(hù)性的作用,反而過多的油脂在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下溫度會(huì)升高,反而對(duì)壽命不好。真正起效果的只是溝道里一層油膜,包括球外面有一層油膜。
軸承用完以后你可以拆開來看,這個(gè)球上面原本不涂油脂是亮的,但涂了油脂,球上有了油膜以后就變成啞光,而且摸上去黏糊糊的。
實(shí)際上有一小層油膜就起潤滑作用了,不是說這個(gè)球上面要滾一大坨油,這樣子才是起潤滑作用的,只要上面有油膜軸承就會(huì)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),放心使用。

Some customers may ask, why is the grease inside the bearing thrown out during high-speed operation? Worried that if the grease is lost, the bearings will not be able to rotate, and will their lifespan be greatly reduced?
In fact, during high-speed operation, some excess grease will be directly thrown out, which has no protective effect on the bearings. On the contrary, excessive grease will increase in temperature during high-speed operation, which is not good for the service life. What works is only a layer of oil film in the channel, including a layer of oil film on the outside of the ball.
After the bearings are used up, you can take them apart to see. The ball was originally bright without grease, but after being coated with grease, the ball becomes matte with an oil film and feels sticky to the touch.
In fact, a small layer of oil film is used for lubrication. It does not mean that a large lump of oil needs to be rolled on this ball. This is the only way to provide lubrication. As long as there is an oil film on top of it, the bearing will run at high speed and be used with confidence.
